Registered Massage Therapist, ART Provider

Shirley has over 20 years’ experience as a registered massage therapist working with a wide variety of clients ranging from elite athletes to weekend warriors to people struggling with daily stressors at work and home. She has worked in multi-disciplinary clinics corroborating with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Sports Medicine Doctors, Doctors of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, Pilates Therapists, Pedorthists, and other Registered Massage Therapists.

Shirley is a full body certified provider of Active Release Techniques, A.R.T. Biomechanics, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent. She is continually taking courses that enhance her practice and allow her to provide a more comprehensive and individualized treatment plan that allow her clients to get back to their active and busy lifestyle.

Sophie Girdler

Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (5th Year Graduate), BSc Kinesiology

Originally from Ontario, Sophie Annett has spent 17 years educating herself in biomechanics, strength and conditioning, nutrition and osteopathy to support her clients on their health journey. Learning from her own training and setbacks in athletics, Sophie believes that everyone has the potential to turn adversity into an incredible new reality.

A 5th year graduate from the Canadian College of Osteopathy with a BSc in Kinesiology from McGill University, Sophie provides a holistic approach to guiding clients in their fitness journey. Her focus is finding balance in life and body via exercise, nutrition, sleep, breath work and mindfulness. As a personal trainer over the last 13 years, she has inspired and guided thousands of individuals from all fitness levels and backgrounds to become their strongest and healthiest versions of themselves.

With her recent move to Calgary, she is growing her osteopathic practice and continues to strive to have a positive impact on all the lives of her wonderful clients.

Christine Rodrigue

Acupuncture

Christine is an experienced Acupuncturist and a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to healing. This means to look at the person, in their entirety: their body, mind and spirit. Through her practice, she strives to promote the well-being of patients, to keep their mind, body, and spirit healthy.

Currently, she is in the process of completing her certification in Acutonics. This certification program dovetails beautifully with her training providing an adjunct therapy that can be integrated with acupuncture treatments or stand on its own.

Christine creates individual treatment plans based on patient discussions and needs. By providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere for patients to relax. Christine is registered in the province of Alberta and her treatments are covered under many extended benefit-plans. 

Joseph Coccagna

Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (5th Year Graduate), BSc Kinesiology

Joseph is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac), with over 10 years of combined experience and training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and sports medicine. The guiding philosophy for his practice is to provide a safe, inclusive, compassionate, and empowering space for individuals to be seen and heard, to decompress, and to blossom into their greatest vision for themselves. It is his humbled honour to be a holder of space, a relentless cheerleader, and a gentle guide, but ultimately a witness to your personal journey.

The body holds the innate wisdom to heal itself, but we could all use a helping hand from time to time. Using acupuncture, bodywork, and dietary & lifestyle modifications, Joseph gives your body support and guidance to initiate its healing process.
