Graston

A form of manual therapy that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage/gentle scraping the skin.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM)

A technique for treating pain by using low-level electrical delivered to certain parts of the body in an attempt to relieve body and muscle pain.

Osteopathy

Aims to restore the normal function and stability of the joints to help the body heal itself. The goal is to free the body from lesions and restrictions accumulated with time while ensuring the interaction between each of the systems.

Shirley Fogen

Registered Massage Therapist, ART Provider

Shirley has over 20 years’ experience as a registered massage therapist working with a wide variety of clients ranging from elite athletes to weekend warriors to people struggling with daily stressors at work and home. She has worked in multi-disciplinary clinics corroborating with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Sports Medicine Doctors, Doctors of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, Pilates Therapists, Pedorthists, and other Registered Massage Therapists.

Shirley is a full body certified provider of Active Release Techniques, A.R.T. Biomechanics, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent. She is continually taking courses that enhance her practice and allow her to provide a more comprehensive and individualized treatment plan that allow her clients to get back to their active and busy lifestyle.

Jeanette Davison

Registered Acupuncturist, Traditional Chinese Medicine

With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Acupuncturist and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jeanette believes that your health should be a priority. She studied at Wild Rose College and received her Master Herbalist Diploma, then in Victoria B.C  to receive her diploma in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She has traveled the world gaining experience and knowledge with different healing practitioners and doctors.

Jeanette has successfully worked with both men and women to develop customized fertility plans to enable them to conceive naturally. In addition, she provides support for women from conception to delivery and on wards into menopause. Jeanette also has several years experience in treating people who are dealing with stress, anxiety, insomnia and chronic pain.

Sophie Annett

Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (5th Year Graduate), BSc Kinesiology

Originally from Ontario, Sophie Annett has spent 17 years educating herself in biomechanics, strength and conditioning, nutrition and osteopathy to support her clients on their health journey. Learning from her own training and setbacks in athletics, Sophie believes that everyone has the potential to turn adversity into an incredible new reality.

A 5th year graduate from the Canadian College of Osteopathy with a BSc in Kinesiology from McGill University, Sophie provides a holistic approach to guiding clients in their fitness journey. Her focus is finding balance in life and body via exercise, nutrition, sleep, breath work and mindfulness. As a personal trainer over the last 13 years, she has inspired and guided thousands of individuals from all fitness levels and backgrounds to become their strongest and healthiest versions of themselves.

With her recent move to Calgary, she is growing her osteopathic practice and continues to strive to have a positive impact on all the lives of her wonderful clients.

Corliss Robertson

Registered Massage Therapist, FSM Practitioner

Corliss is a Registered Massage Therapist and an Instructor of the Massage Therapy Diploma program. She has over 15 years of experience in the health care field and has based her entire professional career on helping others. Corliss is particularly interested in the role that Massage Therapy and FSM can play in rehabilitation. Corliss offers in depth orthopedic assessments, therapeutic, relaxation and cupping massage, and specializes in Frequency Specific Microcurrent FSM.

FSM is a pain free treatment that introduces mild electrical pulses into an area of damaged tissue. The frequencies change pain, function, and even structure in several clinical conditions. FSM is very effective in reducing inflammation, treating nerve, joint, and muscle pain, as well as dissolving or softening scar tissue. Corliss incorporates manual therapy and FSM to achieve results for her clients, and she is dedicated to getting her clients back to their pain-free lifestyles
